The check-in experience was satisfactory, although it could have been smoother. The staff, however, was a bit disappointing. They lacked the attentiveness and efficiency I expected. On the bright side, the room was pleasantly surprising. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. Overall, the hotel deserves a 4-star rating.
