The check-in experience at this hotel was excellent, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. The staff, however, could use some improvement, hence the 3-star rating. Unfortunately, the room only deserves a 2-star rating as it was not up to par. Overall, a mediocre experience with room for improvement.

I really liked the hotel's amenities, staff and check-in experience. The amenities provided were satisfactory. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Overall, a great experience.
