Our check-in experience at the hotel was absolutely top-notch. The staff was efficient, courteous, and incredibly helpful. However, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was not up to our expectations and lacked proper hygiene. Overall, our stay was pleasant, mainly due to the impressive check-in service.
