Room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds but cupboard was broken and dusty. I had to wait for 2 Hours for AC to be switched on. They had put down the main switch for AC and told me that you have not switched on the AC that's why it's not working. But the switch was on from my room and it was switched on by the caretaker who has directed me to my room.
The check-in experience at this hotel was top-notch, deserving 5 stars. The staff was efficient and friendly. The food served was absolutely delicious and deserves a 5-star rating. However, I would have given a higher rating if the cleanliness had been up to par. Overall, a pleasant stay.
