Despite a disappointing check-in experience, the hotel managed to make up for it with their exceptional service. The location might not be the best, but the staff's warmth and attentiveness more than made up for it. The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, but the overall experience was still excellent.

The checking experience was smooth and efficient, earning a solid 4 stars. The staff members were helpful and courteous during my stay, deserving another 4-star rating. The room, while comfortable, could have been better maintained to warrant a 3-star rating.
