I was a little hesitant after reading the comments however, I still took a chance and booked it. The hotel is located a few steps above the road, it's not very far but you will have to drag your luggage if u are on foot or you can ask someone to carry it for you. The rooms were quiet clean, blankets were provided. The washroom was also very clean. We checked in quiet late, at 1 am still the owner made sure that we had hot water available. He was of great help. The view from here is great too. It's worth 700/-

One of the great hotels near mall for budget travellers. Woner is very friendly and well behaved. Staff is helpfull. Mall and revoli bus stand are near.
