Checkin experience was smooth and hassle-free. The amenities provided were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and made sure I had a comfortable and memorable stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent!

I must say that the check-in experience at this hotel was excellent, deserving of a 4-star rating. However, the food left much to be desired, earning only 1 star. The staff also fell short of my expectations, warranting a 2-star rating. Overall, the hotel's service and accommodations were outstanding, making it deserving of a 5-star review.
