The food at the hotel was absolutely delightful, deserving a solid 5 star rating. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, also deserving a well-earned 5 stars. However, the check-in experience was a bit disappointing, hence the 2 star rating for that aspect. Overall, a pleasant stay at the hotel.
