The place was good and clean. Well maintained. Only the room locks were damaged. The location provided is absolutely wrong. We had to wait 30 minutes near the wrong address, and we kept calling the hotel but no one picked up. Then we contacted mmt and got another number. Finally, we reached the place. It was at a different place than the address written. Kindly look into this matter seriously.
The checkin experience at the hotel was top-notch. The staff was courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. The amenities provided were splendid, leaving no room for dissatisfaction. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay. Overall, a fantastic experience deserving of 5 stars!
