The check-in experience was disappointing, as it took too long and the staff seemed unorganized. However, the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The amenities left a lot to be desired, as they were not up to par. Despite these setbacks, the overall experience was great, thanks to the helpful staff and comfortable rooms.
