The hotel room was clean and with all basic amenities. Very close to river front (East side), making it easy for walking in morning/evening. Support staff at reception & room service were professionally good. On the areas of improvement, 1) Room size is too small even for 2 members while they give it to even 4 members. 2) Parking available for 4 cars only. 3) Company-serviced hotel means no change of room (if not suitable) allowed which is highly disappointing. 4) Even after doing web check-in (a new feature in company-serviced OYOs, to save check-in time) all proofs to be presented for scanning; no use of the feature 5) Restaurant staffs were rude & promotes guests to approach other restaurants; no idea what they are there for. May not be good choice for family while okay for individuals/couples.
