I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The check-in experience was efficient and smooth, earning a solid 4-star from me. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. They definitely deserve a 5-star rating! However, I must admit, the amenities were a disappointment, deserving only a 1-star. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and overall outstanding experience.

The hotel experience was average. The check-in process was slow and unorganized. The hotel's location was not ideal, as it was far from major attractions. Amenities were limited and could be improved. However, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, an okay stay.
