We had a comfortable overnight stay at SDK Residency during our visit to Shravanabelagola on May 2025. The hotel is conveniently located—just a short drive or walk from the steps leading up to the Bahubali statue, which made our early morning darshan easy and hassle-free. Rooms were neat, fairly spacious, and clean, with essential amenities like air conditioning and hot water working well. The staff was courteous and helpful, and check-in was smooth. While the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, there are a couple of local eateries nearby which serve decent food. Parking was available, and the property felt safe and quiet at night. Overall, SDK Residency is a good choice for a short, peaceful stay near Shravanabelagola. Great for pilgrims or travelers looking for a basic yet comfortable option close to the temple.
It was a good hotel but there was some small problems like we couldn't close the washroom door completely it was stuck. Other than that the room was clean and the ac was working properly and there was also a balkani.
