Checkin was smooth like butter! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The Checkin experience was smooth and efficient, earning a solid 4 star rating. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and the condition of the room, hence the 1 star rating. Overall, the staff was friendly and the hotel had great amenities, making it a pleasant experience.
